Within 48 working hours, our team of experts will address your queries, and all queries will be resolved within 30 working days. Enabling an impeccable learning and upskilling experience, we strive to provide convenience to alumni, learners, and professionals by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile devices or computers.

NOTE: All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels.

1. Role Clarification

College Shiksha does not collect university tuition fees.

All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels.

Therefore:

✔ We do not charge university tuition

✔ We do not process university refunds

✔ We do not influence university refund eligibility

2. Refunds Related to University Payments

Refunds, cancellations, and deferments for tuition or admission fees are governed solely by the respective university’s refund policy.

Students must contact the university directly regarding:

• admission withdrawal

• fee refunds

• payment disputes

• academic cancellations

We may support communication, but final decisions remain with the university.

Refund consideration may apply only if:

• services were not delivered

• duplicate payment occurred

4. Processing Time

Where applicable, refunds handled by College Shiksha may take 7–14 working days after approval.

University refunds follow university timelines.
