Our Role

College Shiksha functions as a free counseling platform connecting students to universities. College Shiksha does not collect university tuition fees. All program fees are paid directly to the university through its official payment channels.

University Refunds

Because we do not process or influence university payments, we are not able to process refunds for tuition, registration or admission fees paid to a university. If you need a refund for a university payment, admission withdrawal, or a payment dispute, please contact the respective university directly using its official refund process.

When College Shiksha-Handled Refunds Apply

In the limited case where a paid service was booked directly through this website (for example, a paid add-on service, if offered) and was not delivered, or a duplicate payment was made through this platform, we will review the case for a refund.

Timelines

• Refunds we handle directly, where applicable, are processed within 7-14 working days after approval.
• University-managed refunds follow that university's own timeline.
• We aim to respond to every refund query within 48 working hours, with resolution within 30 working days.
